The system was further integrated with the backend system of the retail company including SAP and WebQ. The developments boosted the communication channel of the client thereby resulting in end-to-end visibility and high efficiency in the workflow. In another project managed by Createlcom, it helped Kerry Express, a logistic company in Thailand to answer and track the queries of its clients. Joining hands with Createlcom assisted the logistic group with a team of 100 agents in less than a year.
