Arkadin Cloud Communications
Cloud UC for Digital Transformation

Arkadin Cloud Communications

CIO VendorDidier Jaubert, CEO
With the tech-savvy milennials fast increasing in the workspace, organizations are witnessing a significant rise in demands for “mobility and anytime, anywhere connectivity”. This has driven CIOs to be on the lookout for connectivity solutions that can satisfy the demands of this modern workforce. With a clear focus on end users, Arkadin Cloud Communications aims to assist CIOs throughout this workforce change management. The company offers an innovative cloud communication solution to transform an organisation’s traditional workplace into a comprehensive, mobile-ready, and collaborative digital workspace. “In my view, the focus of any successful cloud communications provider should be on how people absorb and adopt the solutions, and how those solutions ultimately impact their users,” states Didier Jaubert, CEO of Arkadin. A traditional audio conferencing solutions provider at its roots, Arkadin has gradually matured into an established integrated cloud communication service provider that aims to foster “a continuum of collaboration and communication” for its clients.

A Microsoft Gold partner, Arkadin carries over 15 years of experience in delivering, implementing, and supporting cloud-based communication services for a wide range of industries. Targeting customers of all sizes, the company has developed its Arkadin Total Connect solution; this private cloud hosted system offers voice, contact center and conferencing on Office 365 and Skype for Business, all under a ‘single pane of glass,’ which frees up IT teams to focus on other strategic projects. The voice enabled Office 365 deployments seamlessly integrate with Exchange Online (within Office 365) for unified messaging that drives efficiencies whilst reducing costs associated with traditional PBX and 3rd party conferencing services.

To strengthen its portfolio of UC solutions for the Large Enterprise market, last year Arkadin acquired Applicable Limited, a leading provider of Cloud Unified Communications and enterprise voice. Applicable already hosts more than 330,000 UC users through its global private cloud platform with service operations certified against ISO/ IEC 27001:2013. This offer supplements the existing portfolio of Arkadin Total Connect by providing a fully integrated UC ecosystem with voice-enabled Office 365, audio/web/video conferencing and contact center.
In addition to the strategic relationship with Microsoft, Arkadin is also leveraging Cisco’s VoIP and cloud technologies, providing Cloud Connected Audio for Service Providers (CCA-Arkadin). Cisco CCA-Arkadin makes meetings more effective with an integrated audio, web, and video conferencing experience across any device. It provides significant cost savings by leveraging customers’ on-premise IP telephony investments, Arkadin’s global network for PSTN calling, and Cisco Cloud for VoIP.

We have 15 years’ experience in delivering Cloud-based UC & C solutions that fit our clients’ needs for flexible, cost-effective and intuitive digital meeting spaces. Nothing distracts us from our mission, which is to provide positive collaboration experiences backed up by unparalleled customer care, every time

“We don’t just provide enterprise-class integrated UC service and solutions, we walk the whole journey to the digital workplace with our clients,” states Sean Kwek, Managing Director, APAC for Arkadin. The company builds a change management project plan with each customer, believing that end-user adoption is the key to a successful digital transformation. The Customer Experience teams develop comprehensive training programs in order to achieve a high level of productivity and acceptance and gain a clear return on investment for all clients as quickly as possible. During the initial adoption, Arkadin’s Professional Services team closely monitors customer feedback and diligently addresses any issues to ensure smooth implementation of the platform. After successful implementation, the global yet local Customer Service teams render extensive, round the clock support, in 19 languages.

Arkadin's clients have continually benefited from the customer friendly solutions and services the company offers. Arkadin and Horizon Discovery, a global group specialised in biotechnology, have recently partnered to deliver a truly digital transformation. Having different sites across the world, Horizon needed to communicate in a very efficient manner while providing to their employees easy to use communication tools. They approached Arkadin with a view to replacing their old PBX system and invest in a proper unified communications solution. Arkadin was offering a Skype for Business functionality hosted on a private cloud, it became clear that Arkadin was the UC provider they needed. The guidance and support of the experienced professional services team ensured that the implementation went smoothly, meeting all Horizon’s business requirements and the subsequent customer support and training enabled users to be up and running quickly.

After the launch of Arkadin Total Connect in the US, Europe and Singapore, the recent launch in Australia strengthens Arkadin’s global presence. Didier Jaubert explains: “We are one of only a few service providers operating on a global scale capable of completing Microsoft’s offer as a fully integrated platform for meetings and voice. It’s a winning ‘best of both worlds’ strategy that puts us in complete alignment with Microsoft from a feature, server and geographic perspective.”

Over the past five years, Arkadin has achieved a healthy 21 percent compound annual growth rate, making it the fastest growing Cloud communications provider in the industry. Last Month Arkadin was named by Frost & Sullivan as the Asia Pacific Collaboration Service Provider of the Year for the 5th consecutive year. “We feel this APAC recognition is a testament to the strength of our combined global UCaaS offereing” added Sean Kwek.
